This coaching model emphases on asking high gain leading questions, offering reinforcing and developmental feedback rather than giving advices, suggestions or solutions .

The two objectives of this model are to increase awareness and instil responsibilities of the coachee towards his or her personal or professional goals

This powerful model enhances ownership and facilitates faster learning for skill development thereby enabling the coachee towards change in attitude and behaviours in personal and professional life .
