Elena and Jake were a couple, but she got sick and died from a virus. Jake was left thinking he lost the love of his life, but when Elena wakes up again, as a vampire, everything changes. Elena doesn't remember her old life, and doesn't know where she is. She tries to escape but is captured by the doctors and is now being experimented on. Jake goes to see her, to find out if she is okay. Elena starts remembering Jake, but has a hard time forgiving him for not getting her out.
