What Are Snare Beds? Snare drum questions answered for new drummers.

Man we get a lot of questions about snare beds and what they even are. I wanted to get a video explanation up in hopes that this will help you learn what snare beds are on snare drums, and why they are crucial to a snare sound. For the worship drummers here on our channel, I also go into some info about the width of snare beds, why that is important for larger snare wires, and some things you can do to check our snare beds before upgrading to a large snare wire like a 42-strand.

I know that this may be more of a subject for new drummers out there but we wanted to toss it on the channel in hopes that it will reach the right audience and help you understand more about the tools you're using when you play drums.
