The Spiritual Journey and Fear - discussion and Reiki meditation

Our July 2023 Reiki gathering topic is understanding and facing fear on the spiritual journey. A very common experience for those of us on the spiritual path is stopping of our practice. Often we hit fear, and unless we see it, we can make excuses or simply stop our Reiki, meditation or spiritual practice. Another common deviation is panicking when we go through transition and are given space to heal - in these quiet spaces we often try to grab or fill them instead of appreciate they are healing spaces for us to fully let go the past, heal any trauma, and be ready for the next phase.
