On Labor Day, 2014 - Reading & Northern 425 pulled a mixed photo freight train for a group of photographers from Port Clinton, PA to Mahanoy City, PA. Big Jim Video Productions was present for the event, and rode along, capturing many of the photo runbys along the way. CNJ 113 also was in attendance, and originally was supposed to doublehead with 425. However, after a spectacular opening side-by-side runby, the engine developed an issue that sidelined it for the day. No matter, as 425 put on an incredible show with her loud and fast runbys. Enjoy this look at the Anthracite Express!
