Day 1 follows the Beara Way from Kenmare to Glengarriff (25km), crossing the ancient Kenmare-Glengarriff road over Esk Mountain pass. The route passes through Bonane Heritage Park — one of Europe's most archaeologically rich hiking areas, with stone circles and standing stones dating back thousands of years.

This is a silent hiking film - no talking, just the trail.
