I often walk down to the crossings in Freeport after school to catch a train, and this day I walked to School Street to see it. I looked down the tracks towards East Street and way down the tracks I saw a car go by at like 1mph and a lady walking around down there, as if she was guiding traffic through the crossing. Then I noticed the little white light on the side of the railroad crossing lights flashing, though there were no trains coming. I obviously ran down there and this is what I saw. Yes I did call it in.
Also the cop seen in the video was a total dick. That's all you need to know.
