ALLOTMENT VLOG 27 - This week in the vegetable garden!

This week we get the guttering in along the back of the polytunnel, allowing us to save rainwater in the water butt. We wash down and insulate the greenhouse with bubble wrap, ready for winter and plant the garlic.

I also learn that shallots don't grow the same way as onions in this video, from the wonderful Dr Hessayon book The Vegetable Expert book which is basically my shed bible.
