How to Install DXVK ASYNC Patch in Any Game | Stutter Fix for DXVK

If you’re looking to get better performance in your games on Windows, setting up DXVK with gplasync can really help — especially for games that use DirectX 9, 10, or 11. In this video, I’ll walk you through how to set it up step-by-step using Palia as an example, but you can use the same method for pretty much any game — whether its from Steam or not.

Put these in dxvk.conf:

dxvk.enableAsync = true
dxvk.gplAsyncCache = true
dxvk.enableShaderDiskCache = true
dxvk.enableAsyncSP = true

This works great for games like:
Palia, Skyrim, Fallout, GTA V, Final Fantasy XIV, and tons of others using DX9-11.
