Cumin powder ------------a big pinch

Oil ---------------------------1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Onion------------------------ 1
Ginger---------------------- 11/2" piece
Garlic----------------------- 8
Cashewnuts 11/2 tbsp
Tomato 1 medium
Kashmiri chilli powder----- 1 tsp
Water
Oil--------------------------- 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds ---------------1/2 tsp
Cardamom------------------ 2
Black cardamom------------ 1
Cinnamon --------------------a small piece
Cloves ------------------------4
Bay leaf -----------------------1
Garlic -------------------------1 1/2 tsp
Onion -------------------------1 chopped
Salt
Green chilli -------------------1
Tomato ------------------------1 small
Kashmiri chilli powder------- 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder------------1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-------------1/8 tsp
Cumin powder-----------------1/4 tsp
Salt------------------------------to taste
Sugar ---------------------------1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves--------------2 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves------1/2 tsp ( kasuri methi)
Fresh cream--------------------3 tbsp
