Day 6 of our Winter Spiti Expedition was nothing short of extreme and magical.

From Kaza, we drove through snow-covered roads to Chicham Bridge, one of the highest bridges in Asia, and then explored the beautiful high-altitude village of Kibber. But the real adventure began at night.

At 12 a.m., in minus 20°C temperatures, we reached Langza Village, standing tall at an altitude of 4,400 meters, for one unforgettable experience — stargazing under the clearest Himalayan skies.

The entire team waited till late night, battling freezing winds and thin air, just to witness and capture the magic of stars shining over Spiti’s frozen desert. Moments like these define why Winter Spiti is not just a trip, it’s an expedition.
