EVASION SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BANNED IN SMOGON OU

Smogon Evasion Ban is one of the most impactful decisions that has affected every single person that has played Pokemon regardless if they follow Smogon OU Rules / Pokemon Showdown or not.
