What was supposed to be a simple Tamiya 1/35 scale model build quickly turned into a wild adventure! Join me as I tackle the Tamiya Semovente M40-75 1/35 tank, a vintage Tamiya model kit from 1975 that’s full of surprises
Missing parts, sink marks, and even a turret that reminds me of a Pokémon. This little 1/35 scale tank has it all: sanding trauma, quirky modifications, and plenty of challenges for scale model building enthusiasts.
In this video, I push the limits: adding Friul Model tracks, a metal barrel, scratch-built details, and even trying my hand at casting jerrycans (spoiler: it didn’t go as planned 😅). From tight fits to a few happy accidents, you’ll see every step of this nostalgic and challenging 1/35 scale military model build.
