Hong Kong Disneyland 2022 Characters Meet & Greet Compilation 香港迪士尼樂園2022年迪士尼朋友

Last year (2021), we’ve gone through almost every single character meet and greet at Hong Kong Disneyland. As 2022 comes to a close, it’s been decided that another ultimate character compilation will be released!

This year has been a “Momentous” year with the debut of the long-awaited nighttime spectacular at Castle of Magical Dreams, Momentous. And this stunning nighttime entertainment is filled with many Disney characters and Disney stories. Over 90 characters have been featured this year, partly because of Momentous. Quite a number of them appeared in the Annex on Main Street USA during the summer, including some Karibuni Marketplace characters that have not appeared for a long time like Carl and Russell from Up. This year also marks anniversaries like Goofy’s 90th Birthday and Lilo & Stitch 20th Anniversary, which give us Angel, and surprisingly more appearances for Clarabelle and Max. New characters include Marvel Super Heroes with movies released this year (Doctor Strange, Thor and Shuri), the Tremaines from Cinderella, as well as the newest member of Duffy & Friends, Linabell etc. There are also more rare characters coming out to meet, particularly the princes. Although Hades still only came out for 2 days, we were finally able to capture him thanks to his appearance in a Magic Access event.

Here, I would like to thank every participating character as well as the cast members of the M&G area for providing the magical experiences. Without you, we could’ve never had so much fun. Of course, please note that NOT all characters that had M&Gs in HKDL this year are in this video. In fact, it is impossible for me to enter the park every single day. Ant-Man and the Wasp only appeared for 1 day. Kenai and Koda from Brother Bear returned to Grizzly Gulch for only 2 days. A number of rare characters also appeared in a Momentous Preview event for Cast Members and Friends, which I did not have access to. And as of this date, Mulan is the only princess that has not appeared for any meet and greet since the opening of Castle of Magical Dreams. We hope she would come out to meet soon.
