Discovery Month: Day 1 l Just Existing l Learn to exist and that's it.

When we discover the space that holds our heart, we discover our true love. We find our home. When we take residence in our true home, the outside world isn’t so scary anymore. There’s no more desire to “fit in”, to please, to fear, to worry… we just simply are. We rest in a quiet space filled with nothing but love, joy, happiness and compassion.
This space is available to your all the time. It’s been available to us since we were conceived. We rested in this space when we first arrived, then through conditioning we started filled the space with so much noise, that we didn’t recognize where we were anymore. We started to believe the lies we tell ourselves, and kept changing who we are.
Rest in your silence, my love. Be still with your Self… with your soul. You will discover your true love, your true home.
