In this tutorial, I show you how to make these gorgeous and elegant black and gold buttercream cupcakes. I also show you how to make a deep black buttercream without using a tonne of black food colouring, which stains your teeth!
Black American Buttercream Recipe:
250 g butter (softened)
570g icing sugar (sifted)
60g black cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons milk

Rejuvenator fluid, rosewater, clear spirt such as Vodka
