Operations include: Cell sorting and module formation viz. verified cell pickup using visual sensors, built-in plasma cleaning, insulation paper application, barcode scanning, OCV and IR testing, and sorting; Module assembly viz. laser and ultrasonic welding and quality checks, robotic handling, and plasma cleaning; and Pack assembly and testing viz. synchronized flipping for mechanical tightening, automated multi-channel feeding to tester stations, real-time acceptance or rejection based on test outcomes, and guided movement to pre-dispatch zones.
