This look was inspired by a few photos I've come across of Kylie Jenner's makeup lately. It's very 90s-inspired which brings me back to when I was growing up! Love the fluffy & plump matte lips and the long false lashes, flawless matte skin, etc. It looks gorgeous on Kylie and is a look everyone can use, day or night, to bring out their sexier side. I snuck in a lot of tips in this tutorial such as covering more stubborn dark circles, filling in your brows, and mattifying any lipstick you own. Hope you enjoy! xx J
