Busay, this legendary landmark reopened in 2024 after a major redevelopment into a modern dining and lifestyle hub—while still preserving its historic stone arches and classic design.

I filmed this video on December 27, 2025 at around 6:00 PM, capturing the beautiful transition from sunset to night as Cebu transforms into a stunning blanket of city lights. TOPS Cebu is now open 24/7, making it a perfect spot for sunset views, night photography, and peaceful late-evening walks.
