Gulou District in simplified Chinese: 鼓楼区; traditional Chinese: 鼓樓區; pinyin: Gǔlóu Qū; lit. 'Drum tower' is one of the 11 districts of Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province, China.
It is named after the Drum Tower of Nanjing (Gulou)
