Decided I needed more excersise in last years march lockdown, so I made a rowing machine out of a scrap bike and some bits of wood.. Its all bonded together with epoxy resin with some glassfibre reinforcement at high load points. It took 25hrs in total. It works on the air drag principle,, the faster you try and pull, the more the load increases... 20mins on this thing and you are shattered!..
