When Two Exes Go On A Date With Their New Flings | Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Peter (Jason Segel) and Rachel (Mila Kunis) are about to have a nice romantic dinner when Sarah (Kristen Bell) and Aldous (Russell Brand) show up without a reservation, and instead of letting them wait like a normal person, Peter impulsively invites his ex and her new boyfriend to join their table—Rachel's face says "what are you doing?" while Sarah surprisingly accepts, trapping all four of them in the most awkward double date imaginable. What should be Peter showing off his new life becomes a masterclass in poor decision-making, where everyone's forced to make small talk while drowning in unresolved feelings, passive-aggressive comments, and the overwhelming tension of two couples who absolutely should not be eating together.
