2002 Jeep Liberty Key Won't Turn! Quick Fix and Ignition Switch Replacement and Rekey!

2002 Jeep Liberty Ignition Key is stuck, will not turn! It is a common problem on several Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep vehicles. A good hit on the key will get it to turn but that will only work a few times. I show you how to take the steering column cover off, remove the ignition switch and core and replace with a New Dorman Part. Dorman Part number 924-703 was about $80 at the local auto parts store. I also show you how to rekey the new ignition core so the old key can be used in it so all the keys to the vehicle match. Just takes some simple tools, T20 Torx screwdriver, small flathead screwdriver, and needle nose pliers.
