The following video documents the radical impacts to the road fronting our family property, in our possession since the Great Depression. Heavy diesel truck traffic is using the narrow unimproved corridor through an agricultural zone as a shortcut to service an oil field with "frac sand." It is no longer a rural road; but an industrial big rig expressway. The commercial vehicles were routed onto our passage by arrangement, in defiance of traffic controls and with no effort to solicit our input. The noise, disruption and misuse of the already-damaged road have been unreal. Law enforcement has refused to help. Efforts to engage local and state government (Oklahoma), as well as the parties who colluded in creating these intolerable conditions, have come to naught. We continue to fight.
