Ingredients:
All purpose flour (maida) 3 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Milk 1 & half cup
Mix well and knead it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Make a soft dough.
Put it for rest for 1 hour.
For stuffing:
Potato 1 kg
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli finely cut 1
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
