This OXO Brewer Might Replace Espresso

Part 2 of my OXO Rapid Brewer tests! In my last video, "The Brewer Taking the Internet by Storm: OXO Rapid Brewer," I explored why it might beat the Aeropress. Now I'm pushing it even further- showcasing a completely new brew style called 'soup'... and it's shockingly close to espresso.

RECIPE:
Bottom and top filter paper
22g coffee ground around a 3 on ZP6 calibrated at zero, a 3.5 on pietro pro brew.
80mL water at 99C
Slow single pump for saturation. Hold and pause in total 10s.
Pump, slap, chop til hiss brings you home.
