Building Fluid Beds for Jig and Spinnerbait Painting - Powder Coat Painting Lead Based Lures.

In this video I show you how I build my fluid beds for painting the jigs and Spinnerbaits we will be building on the channel.

Often times while I'm out at my vendor booth I get asked when are you going to have some jigs or spinnerbaits to sell? So I started purchasing molds, a new lead pot, and now we're making jigs and spinners. This is really one of the first steps to getting a nice coat of powder paint on your jigs.

Sizes and materials to build one is as follows:
**** 3/16th Drill bit.
I say 13/16th a couple times, but it's a 3/16th Drill bit I apologize didn't realiize I said that!

2" schedule 40 PVC pipe (10' piece) if you want to build more than one.

(1) - 2 3/4" piece cut
(1) - 2" piece cut
(1) - 1 1/2" piece cut
(1) - 2 3/4" coupler
(1) - 1 1/2" coupler
(2) 2" Test Caps (Lowes)
(1) Aquarium Air valve
