From Two Model X Buybacks to the Cybertruck… Was It Worth It? 🤯

Before we made the leap to the Cybertruck, we owned two Tesla Model X's—both ended up being buybacks. First was a 2022 Long Range six-seater. Thought that was just bad luck. So we got a second one, a 2023 Plaid… same story. 😬

My wife LOVES the Model X. She even wanted to go for a third. But after two rough experiences? I couldn’t do it again. So what did we do? We jumped into the Cybertruck — even though that came with its own set of concerns.

Honestly, I knew folks who also had buybacks with early Cybertrucks and were watching my videos for guidance. That made me nervous. But still, we went for it.

We test-drove the Gen 2 tri-motor R1S as well (great SUV!), but Abby is a Tesla ride or die. So now? Two electric trucks in the driveway. And I gotta say… I’m loving both.
