Little did I know that one day I would have the opportunity to purchase the best land in Surfers Paradise and design one of the country’s tallest and most iconic residential towers – Ocean.
I have loved the Gold Coast since my first visit in the 1960s, and after all my travels internationally, I still believe the Surfers Paradise beachfront is one of the best in the world. Ocean will be my 19th high-rise on the Gold Coast and the jewel in my 60-year development career.
