Mixup Gear Cube Tutorial

The Mixup Gear Cube is a Mixup Cube with gears for edge pieces.

Algs use the Mixup Cube to simulate the gear cube. All face turns are thus followed by corresponding half-turns of the middle layer. On the real puzzle, only the face turn is required, the middle layer will turn automatically due to the gears.

Steps To Solve

1) Solve the corners as a 2x2, using any method.

2) 3-Cycle the edge + centers using    • Mixup Gear Cube: 3-Cycle Centers+Edges  .

3) Rotate a single edge piece using    • Mixup Gear Cube: Rotate Gear
