RYAN IN RECOVERY: documenting cocaine addiction recovery journey on TikTok

Ryan has been in recovery from cocaine addiction for 7 months, including one relapse, and he has documented it all on TikTok.

From his job in the music industry getting him on it most weekends, to eventually going to rehab from a recommendation off an addiction recovery content creator, Cocaine Shane, Ryan sits down with TNM’s Clodagh Griffin (@clogrifff) share his journey.

After going through rehab, Ryan started his own TikTok channel (@ryaninrecovery) with the hopes of destigmatising addiction and recovery, and helping others in the same way Shane helped him.
