These are the steps you would take as a renter to empty the black and gray water holding tanks. We take care of the rest of the maintenance of the tanks including regular flushing.
This video also includes instructions on how to properly use the gravity flush toilet.
Please do not use any bleach or harsh chemicals in the van. These types of cleaners are not good for the plumbing or the health of the holding tanks.
