"Fort Kochi gifted us a day full of warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments! 🌿 After a fun twist of finally finding Rupali in a Handicraft Shop, we made our way to the iconic Paragon Restaurant, a place that holds such special memories for me. The Paragon Biryani, now ranked the 5th best in the world, took me back to the heart of their Calicut branch, where I first tasted their legendary biryani. Though the mutton biryani was sold out this time (oh, my luck!), the experience was still incredible.

We were given a peek inside Paragon’s famous kitchen, where the magic happens—the sizzling prawns, rich mutton dishes, and that comforting mutton soup. Back at the table, I dove into the spicy prawns, and the delicate hint of coconut in every bite was just heavenly! We also had their signature raw mango salad, tangy and refreshing, along with a delicious in-house kombucha that surprised me with its flavor.

When the chicken biryani finally arrived, it didn’t disappoint—so unique with rice aged for 4-5 years, making every bite a revelation. A big thank you to Chef Nibin Thomas and his team for this heartwarming experience. And the best part? We were joined by our dear friend, Raseena, whose presence made the meal even more special. ❤️

Later, as we wandered through the charming streets of Fort Kochi, I was blessed to meet Anjali Uthup, daughter of the legendary Usha Uthup Didi. What an honor to connect with the family of someone who has made such profound contributions to Indian music!

To cap it all off, I performed my standup comedy show, 'Vitthal Kaanya,' at Canvas Café, as part of our 'Raining Smiles' journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. This journey has been all about spreading joy and smiles across India, and today was no different. 😊 Moments like these, shared with friends, locals, and you all, are what make it so special.
