I find that gentle touch, rocking motions, and soothing pressure are incredibly relaxing, so I’ve incorporated these techniques into today’s session to help you de-stress and unwind.

You'll also experience a relaxing facial massage with layered sounds, accompanied by a gentle body massage. Additionally, a Reiki energy cleanse will help to balance and rejuvenate your energy.

This session is designed for people who prefer a quiet, non-verbal experience but you'll be guided through each step with discreet visual cues on the screen.
