I start the morning by refilling my granola and almond jar, then make a healthy cozy breakfast with Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, and homemade granola, paired with a warm cup of Americano coffee. The soft morning light and simple ritual bring a sense of calm and ease to the start of the day.

Later, I pause to admire the delicate blooms of my new orchid, letting its soft petals and gentle fragrance bring a sense of peace. I then settle into a yoga headstand inversion, feeling my body find balance and stillness while calming my mind. The quiet stretch and mindful focus create a serene moment, reminding me to slow down and appreciate the small, beautiful things at home.

For lunch, I prepare a homemade Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette) with cottage cheese, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes — a simple, healthy, Japanese-inspired meal. I enjoy it alongside a refreshing cold oolong tea while watching my favorite show, soaking in the calm and cozy vibes.

The day winds down with washing dishes, replacing my worn-out house shoes, and stepping out for a gentle evening stroll in South Melbourne, reflecting on the small joys of everyday life.
