Ingredients 用料:
0.5 lb (227g) vermicelli 粉丝 (冬粉)
20g dried yellow daylilies 金针菜
20g wood ear mushroom 木耳
Half a large carrot 胡萝卜
Half a large cucumber 黄瓜
1 shallots 火葱
1 jalapeño pepper 墨西哥辣椒
2 thai peppers 小米辣
1 head garlic 蒜
1 tbsp sesame 芝麻
1/4 tsp Sichuan peppers 青花椒粉
1/8 tsp black peppers 胡椒粉
2 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp oyster sauce 蚝油
4 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar 镇江香醋
1 tsp sugar 糖
Salt 盐
Avocado oil 酪梨油
