The show featured Gabriel Byrne from "the Usual Suspects" and the skit involved members of the public reciting THAT line from the film.

We were drinking in the pub across the road from the studios and got roped into doing it. (Un?)fortunately for me, my contribution ended up on the cutting room floor.
