The Spirit of Pune!/A City of Traditions & Timeless Landmarks!
Pune is one of Maharashtra's most historic and culturally rich cities. It grew from a small settlement into the heart of the Maratha empire under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and many parts of the old city still reflect that legacy. Pune later became an important center for education, which is why it's often called the Oxford of the East! Today, the city blends heritage with a youthful, modern spirit. Visitors can explore landmarks like Shaniwar Wada, Lal Mahal, Aga Khan Palace, and several other iconic and historic landmarks as well as beautiful and scenic locations, as it's situated right at the foothills of the Sahyadri Mountain Ranges. The bustling streets of Lakshmi Road and Tulsi Baug are great for shopping, while areas like Koregaon Park offer cafes, restaurants, and leafy lanes. Even though i've visited only a few places, the experience was amazing and beautiful.
