Ingredients :
Chicken: 1/2 kg
Oil : 100 ml
Tomato/ tamatar : 3 big size ( hybrid)
Green chilies / hari mirch : 3-4
Julienne cut ginger / adrak : 2 inch
Ginger garlic paste : 2 teaspoons
Onion : 1 small ( sliced in 4 pieces)
Capsicum: 1/2 ( sliced in small cubes )
Salt : 1 tablespoon
Curd / dahi : 2 teaspoons

Dry ingredients :
( roast these ingredients and grind them well )
Fennel seed / saunf : 1 teaspoon
Coriander / dhaniya : 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom/ choti elaichi: 2
Black pepper/ kali mirch : 4-5
Red chilli dried : 4
Cinnamon: 1 inch
Cumin / jeera : 1 tablespoon
