The SLP2 (Smart Log Processing) line uses thin-kerf blades on each sawmill unit in the line to deliver better log yield than any other processing method. This line specialises in making the most profit possible from low-value logs up to 400mm in diameter and increasing your profitability and competitive edge in the marketplace.

The line can be configured in different ways depending on product requirements and budget. As few as two or three workers can successfully manage the whole line due to its level of automation. A centralised control console positioned at the front of the line gives the main operator a full view of the work, and puts all machine controls within easy reach.

Fewer workers are required as the line features many options for precise and dependable handling and transport of logs, cants and slabs. Heavy-duty hold-downs, spiky feed chains, and automatic cant positioning clamps help material to move smoothly from the beginning to the end of the line. In several places, there are conveyors for slab and waste removal.
