A plain course of Cambridge Suprise Minor on the fantastic ring of 8 here in Boughton Under Blean.
Boughton Under Blean holds an incredible ring of 8 with the middle 4 being cast in 1775 by Pack & Chapman with the 5th being recast in 1979 by Whitechapel and the back 6 is finished off an 1886 John Warner tenor. In 2003 two new trebles were added by Whitechapel to turn these into 8 while the other bells were all retuned, this ring is one of my favourite with all of the bells going incredibly well and handling very easily, highly recommend these to anyone. Overall we have a bright and musical 8 which is a pleasure to listen to.
