CM Revanth Reddy Launches Bhu Bharati Portal | Bhudhaar Survey for Dispute-Free Land in Telangana

Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy formally dedicated the Bhu Bharati Act and Bhu Bharati Portal to the people of Telangana at a program held at Shilpa Kalavedika. He stated that the government’s primary goal is to provide a permanent and transparent solution to land-related disputes, making the revenue system more people-friendly and accountable.

The Chief Minister announced that a detailed land survey—similar to Aadhaar—would soon be launched under the name ‘Bhudhaar’, which will document precise measurements and boundaries of lands. He explained that the first phase of Bhu Bharati would begin as a pilot project in four mandals, and it would lay the foundation for a dispute-free land system across the state.

CM Revanth Reddy emphasized that the responsibility of taking the Bhu Bharati Act to the grassroots lies with revenue officials, who must conduct revenue conferences and awareness meetings in every village and mandal. He said public darbars should be held to listen to and resolve farmers' appeals efficiently, and that this law must be implemented with full cooperation from all departments.

He made it clear that the government is not against the revenue system but is determined to act strictly against corrupt practices. The intention behind the Bhu Bharati Act is to reflect public opinion and provide a long-term solution to land problems. He described the revenue officials as “the two eyes of the farmer”, underlining their vital role in the success of this reform.

The event was attended by Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy, Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, cabinet ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, the Farmers Commission Chairman and members, and senior officials from the Revenue Department.

భూ సమస్యలకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం చూపేందుకు తీసుకొచ్చిన ‘భూ భారతి’ని ప్రజల్లోకి విస్తృతంగా తీసుకెళ్లాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ.రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు రెవెన్యూ యంత్రాంగాన్ని కోరారు. తెలంగాణలో వివాద రహిత భూ విధానాలు ఉండాలన్నదే ప్రభుత్వ ప్రయత్నమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఆధార్ తరహాలో భవిష్యత్‌లో భూమికి సంబంధించి సర్వే చేసి కొలతలు, హద్దుల వంటి సమగ్రమైన వివరాలతో ‘భూధార్’ తీసుకొస్తామని ప్రకటించారు.

❇️ "పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా తొలి విడతా భూ భారతిని నాలుగు మండలాల్లో చేపడుతాం. ప్రజా పోరాటాల నుంచి పుట్టుకొచ్చిన రెవెన్యూ చట్టాలు, ప్రజల సమస్యలను శాశ్వతంగా పరిష్కరించే దిశగా ఉండాలన్నదే ప్రభుత్వ ధ్యేయం.

❇️ఈ చట్టాన్ని ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లే బాధ్యత రెవెన్యూ అధికారులపైనే ఉంది. రెవెన్యూ అధికారులను ప్రజలకు చేరువ చేయాలనేదే ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్దేశం. గత పాలకుల తరహాలో రెవెన్యూ సిబ్బందిని ప్రజల ముందు దోషులుగా నిలబెట్టే ఆలోచనకు ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం వ్యతిరేకం. అవినీతికి పాల్పడే వ్యక్తులపైన కఠినంగా వ్యవహరిస్తాం. కానీ వ్యవస్థపై కాదు.

❇️ఎంతో మంది అభిప్రాయాలను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుని, ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చిన సమాచారాన్ని క్రోడీకరించి భూములకు సంబంధించి శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం చూపించాలన్న ఉద్దేశంతో భూ భారతి చట్టం తెచ్చాం.

❇️ప్రతి గ్రామంలో రెవెన్యూ సదస్సులు నిర్వహించి రైతుల నుంచి విజ్ఞప్తులను తీసుకుని వాటిని పరిష్కరించాలి. ప్రభుత్వలక్ష్యం నెరవేరాలంటే రెవెన్యూ సిబ్బంది మాత్రమే ఆ పనిని చేయగలరు. రెవెన్యూ సిబ్బంది రైతాంగాన్ని రెండు కళ్ల లాంటి వారు. రెవెన్యూ శాఖపైన కొందరు సృష్టించిన అపోహలను తొలగించాల్సిన బాధ్యత అందరిపైనా ఉంది.

❇️గ్రామాలు, మండలాల్లో ప్రజా దర్బార్లు, రెవెన్యూ సదస్సులు నిర్వహించడం ద్వారా అవగాహన కల్పించాలి. అందరి సహకారంతో చట్టాన్ని పకడ్బందీగా అమలు చేయండి. ఈ చట్టాన్ని గ్రామాలకు తీసుకెళ్లండి..” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కోరారు.
