I will be making Vegan Coleslaw.
Please see the recipe below:
VEGAN COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup vegan spread
• 1 ½ tablespoons vinegar (optional)
• ½ teaspoon celery flakes
• ¼ teaspoon salt (optional
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 2 cups shredded green cabbage
• 1 medium carrots, shredded
• ¼ red onion
• ¼ yellow onion
• 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
• 2 tablespoon sesame oil
• ¼ cup raisins
• 1 cup red and yellow bell peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the shredded cabbage, onions, bell peppers, and carrots in a large bowl, add the vegan spread/dressing, olive & sesame oils and toss together.
2. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the cabbage to soften slightly. Before serving sprinkle the parsley flakes on top. No sugar preferrable.
