At least one person was killed and 17 others injured yesterday after violence broke out during a rally of Zimbabwean opposition party Citizens Coalition for Change, in Kwekwe. It's understood more than a dozen men, suspected of being ZANU-PF militants, got out of a pick-up truck and ran amok on the sidelines of the rally. Witnesses say CCC members were attacked with stones and iron bars. CCC national spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere has more details.
