● Demo and remove dirt
● Excavate 7.5” for patio pavers.
● Install Geotex fabric for a stable foundation and so native soils do not mix. Install 4” of Class II Base Rock for patio, then compact
● Add 1” of sharp bedding sand, lay pavers by hand and then second compaction
● Paver choices include Cambridge Cobble, Catalina Grana, Dimensions 12 and Holland Stone (Durafusion colors add cost)
● Install bond beam borders
● Add joint poly sand on top and final 3rd compaction
