This video covers October 23, my last full day in Japan. The typhoon cleared through earlier than expected, and save for some high winds it was a great day to go out. The day was spent with my friend Ryan, who lives in Japan as an English-language teacher. After hanging out in Akihabara for the day, I go to Ueno to buy my Skyliner tickets and spend the evening wandering around the quiet Ueno park. The night is capped with a visit to a cafe near my hotel which served the most perfect-looking pancakes I've ever come across!
