With 1 day left until the GMV Awards closed, I decided to make a compiliation of masks 8D
Crazy, eh? (But with my new job it is really hard to get time to edit these days T^T)

Only 1 problem... I've just reformatted my laptop and had to downgrade Vegas. No matter how hard I tried, my masking projects would not open in a lower version of vegas, and the ones that did - crashed. Eventually I gave in...

Until I rummaged my pre-rendered folder on my external. Preview quality sucks along with old project crappy elements such as text and the backgrounds.
If I had the time to re-mask all of these scenes in less than 1 day, I would. I really would. Because I know that at some point I will anyways, have to remask everything since I've lost my masking projects. I'm quite sad and frusterated that I did something so silly, but I hope you enjoy the last video of 2010 from me :)

I don't expect to win this category in the GMV awards, but I wanted to give it a go without thinking "What if?", you know? There are many better maskers out there who put in more effort on their masks than me and also deserve to win a hellavulot more than I.
But I like the idea of a 2010 compilation ^^
It ties up my lazy editing year quite nicely, and I hope that in 2011, I can edit a lot more and put in more effort~!

I made the video black and white for a few reasons.
1 - to reflect my mood, 2010 has not been the best year for me.
2 - extreme paranoia of theft, I didn't want to to stick a huge watermark on the video and distract away from the masking, but by making it black and white I hope I can deter any clip theft. After discovering a few of my anime vids stolen this year - I'm extremely distrusting o-o;;
