The role of the therapist is very important in the reconstruction of brachial plexus injuries. Well executed surgical procedures for brachial plexus reconstruction may not achieve the good results that they should, if there is no physiotherapist, taking care of the patient. Muscle stimulation, ROM exercises and induction exercises are all part of the large armamentarium of the therapist in achieving perfect results.
