Our 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ recently started having a rough idle issues that would often stall the jeep and give us a P1391 error code. We begin looking into fixing the issue by giving the Throttle Body & Idle Air Controller (IAC) a deep clean and test the voltage of our Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) with a multimeter while we were at it.
