Music: She needs him, her's

Tricking is a sport that involves breaking the boundaries of movement and pushing the capabilities of the human body both mentally and physically, in a way that's not only incredibly aesthetic, but ridiculously creative as well. Tricking originated from martial arts in the early 2000's, but has grown to incorporate elements of movement from gymnastics, breakdancing, and free running as well. Over the past 20 years, tricking has become international, and the community continues to grow just as fast as the physical progression of the sport.
